What We Are

Enlightened Consultants Pty Ltd was established by Helen and Paul Glover in 2001 as a bespoke training and consultancy service to the human service industry, in particular the mental health and disability fields.
Enlightened Consultants  focuses on supporting organisations and individuals, in implementing and practising sustainable solutions that enable greater client centredness and responsiveness to their work.
Enlightened Consultants are based in Redland Bay on the bayside of Brisbane Australia, and provide services to clients in Australia & New Zealand, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, France and Italy.

Why do Enlightened Consultants describe their training programs as "bespoke" ?

Bespoke, to "speak for something", or in the specialized meaning "to give order for it to be made".

Bespoke is a term employed in a variety of applications to mean an item, custom-made to the buyer's specification (personalised or tailored for them).

Generally, bespoke describes a high degree of "customisation" or “personalisation”, and involvement of the end-user, in the production of the goods.

The distinguishing points of bespoke training are the client’s control over the processes used, the features and fit for them, and the way the training should be undertaken.
